1. While in privacy mode. No link will ever appear to your page from any page on easytravelpage. Thus, unless you link your page to another page elsewhere, it will never appear in any search engines.
2. When not in privacy mode your page may appear on temporary links on the Easytravelpage website, for example, when an update is made. Even in this mode, your page is unlikely to appear on search engines unless a search engine robot hits easytravelpage shortly after an update on your page, or you link another WWW page to your page, or you submit it to google (or other search engine) yourself.
3. Please note: If you have an update showing on the front page of the website and you change to privacy mode, Privacy Mode will only apply to all future updates. Thus your previous update my appear temporarily.

Archive & E-Mail Feature

1. You can archive your page either by requested an Archive of your page or send an email of your page to an E-Mail address.
2. Archives/E-Mails can be produced either in a Chronological format or Reverse-Chronological (as displayed on your page)
3. All E-Mails sent are logged to prevent abuse.
4. E-Mail "Archives" can be sent to any valid E-Mail address.
5. Although I do try to back up occasionally, please archive your page in case I dont have a recent backup and my host server fails.

Text Entry

1. Text should appear in the web page as typed.
2. Certain unusual special characters will not be permitted and will not appear in your final text.

Graphics

1. Must be less than 50K. This should be sufficient for reasonable qualities. I would recommend medium quality jpegs
2. Graphics files need to end with a .jpg, .jpeg or .gif. If you require another type due to specifics of your camera or computer let me know.
3. Background Graphics - You can upload both a .gif or jpeg background. They will stay in your directory. If you switch to another you can go back to it unless you upload another graphic of the same type over it. Keep in mind larger background graphics will slow down web page loading times.

Auto Web Links

1. If you enter a http address in the text field it will produce a web link to that address. The link must be the full web url i.e.. http://www.easytravelpage.com . It must contain http:// and end with a blank space and followed by one more character, for example follow the link with another word or a space and a period (or full stop as they say in the UK).

Individual Users Statistics

1. Your page is requested
2. Photo gallery viewed
3. Each slide of slideshow
4. Journal index is created
5. Your page is archived
6. Your page is emailed
7. Your stats are requested
